HealthPrint: 20 Simple Questions To Help You Personalize Your Wellness Plan

DotCom-HomepageWe’re tired of cookie-cutter care plans.

We want someone to take the time and help us figure out what we need. Wellness is as individual as the person’s unique genetic make-up, history of life events or the grace and ease with which we meet the milestones of growing older. So why do we expect the same therapeutic approach for everyone? Does the wellness plan you may have had in your 30’s, work in your 40’s?

20 Simple Questions to help you personalize your wellness plan.

So, I am excited that Shaklee is giving us a tool (oh, so simple) to help us fill in that gap of individualized care. So, if you are wondering what could help you meet your wellness goals, let’s say:  losing those 15; being able to maximize your chiropractic care; helping your kiddos boost their immunity (we need them to stay in school, right?) or getting back on that trail–here are 20 simple questions that took me about 5-6 minutes to complete.
