Add Aloe Vera, as gel or juice, to your natural pharmacology, as it helps to balance the body’s Ph. Just an ounce or two (big swig), a couple of times a day (or more as needed) when you have that uncomfortable scratchy throat, and you’ll find it clears it up or gives soothing relief within minutes. And stay away from those cough drops, as they are just sugar which feeds the imbalance (likely Candida) in the body.
